Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with KartFlip. We want our customers to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
Returns
We accept returns or replacement requests only in the following cases:
* The product received is damaged or defective
* The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered
Customers must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns in the following situations:
* The product has been used or damaged by the customer
* The return request is made after 3 days of delivery
* The product was ordered incorrectly by the customer
Replacement
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost, subject to verification.
Customers may be asked to provide photos or videos of the product as proof.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in cases where:
* A replacement product is not available
* The returned product passes our quality inspection
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or through an agreed refund method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be completed after approval.
Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
